Creative Local Kaiseki Cuisine by the Proprietress

As the name suggests, Tofu Kaiseki Sarugakyo Hotel’s meals are kaiseki cuisine featuring tofu as the main ingredient. The tofu is made using famous water from Mount Mikuni and high-quality soybeans. To combine local Gunma ingredients with the hotel’s carefully handmade tofu, the proprietress has creatively developed unique tofu kaiseki cuisine. Depending on the meal content, dining takes place in private rooms or banquet halls.
