Sanga

Located in Kyoto’s Nakagyo District, “Sanga” is a machiya-style inn standing in a Japanese garden.

Fresh seafood dishes use high-quality ingredients from the Tango region in northern Kyoto Prefecture.

Heihachi Chaya

Heihachi Chaya, located in Kyoto’s Sakyo District, was established during the Tensho period and has a long history of 440 years.

This inn is surrounded by gardens, offering different scenery to enjoy in each season.

The restaurant’s specialty dish “Barley Rice with Tororo Soup” is made using “Tsukune-imo” yam from Tamba ground into paste, seasoned with “Katsuobushi” bonito flakes from Kagoshima Prefecture and “Rishiri Kombu” kelp from Rebun Island in Hokkaido.

Kibune Fujiya

Located in Kyoto’s Sakyo District, Kibune Fujiya is a long-established inn known as the birthplace of kawadoko (riverside dining) cuisine.
