Dinner makes full use of local ingredients, paired with safe vegetables harvested from their own farm.
Using ingredients personally selected by the chef, creative cooking methods are employed to create perfect dishes.
Their own farm also raises Iwate’s local chicken “Nambu Kashiwa.”
